Once a meal's cutoff passes, the kitchen screen shows exactly how many of each dish and size to make, split into batches for each delivery round. No counting messages, no guessing, and far fewer wasted portions.

In short

Tiffin kitchen management means knowing exactly what to cook, and when. TifTif gives the kitchen the final count for each meal and size once orders lock at the cutoff, groups orders into batches for each delivery round, tracks each batch through preparation, and lets you stop a dish for the day if you run out.

What it does

The kitchen's daily sheet, automatic

Exact counts

How many of each dish and portion size, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Locked at cutoff

After the cutoff no new orders or pauses change the number you are cooking to.

Batches per round

Orders are grouped by delivery round, so the first round is packed and out while the second is finishing.

Stages

Move a meal's orders through preparing and out for delivery in one step, and customers see the status change.

Stop a dish today

Ran out of something? Stop it for the day and customers can no longer order it.

Tied to the menu

Counts follow the day's planned menu, so the kitchen sheet always matches what customers ordered.

Every portion cooked has a buyer

Without a hard cutoff, kitchens cook for the number they expect and hope. Late pauses and forgotten cancellations become food in the bin.

Because orders are prepaid and lock at the cutoff, the count on screen is the number of paid meals going out. You cook to it with confidence.
