Rewards that pay for themselves
Customers earn points on every order and turn them into wallet money. They share a referral code, and both sides are rewarded — but only once the friend's first order has actually been delivered, and never beyond a monthly cap you set.
A referral and loyalty programme rewards customers for staying and for bringing friends. In TifTif, customers earn points on what they spend (by default 1 point per unit of currency, 100 points = 10 in wallet credit), and referral rewards credit both the referrer and the friend after the friend's first delivered order, up to a monthly cap you set.

Growth features with guard rails
Points on every order
Customers see their points and lifetime total, and redeem them into wallet money in one tap.
A code to share
Every customer gets a referral code and a ready-made message to share on WhatsApp or anywhere else.
Rewards in the wallet
Referral and loyalty rewards arrive as wallet credit — spent on your meals, not withdrawn as cash.
Paid after real delivery
The referrer's reward unlocks only when the friend's first order is delivered, and only for orders placed after the referral.
A monthly cap
Limit how many referral rewards one customer can earn in a month (10 by default).

Referral farming costs more than it earns
Referral schemes invite abuse: fake accounts that sign up, collect a reward and never order. TifTif's rules were tested against exactly that.
A reward is only paid after a real, delivered order placed after the referral, so every fake account costs the abuser a genuine paid meal. The monthly cap limits what any one person can earn.
Automatic nudges before they drift away
Inactive customers
Customers who have ordered before but not in the last 14 days (you can change the number) get a friendly nudge.
Low wallets
Customers whose balance has dropped low get a reminder to top up before a meal is missed.
More of the platform
On this page
Can I change the referral reward amount?
Yes. The reward amount and the monthly cap are both set in the super admin.
Can customers cash out their points?
No — points convert into wallet credit that pays for meals, so rewards always come back to your business.
Can I turn loyalty or referrals off?
Yes. Both are feature switches in the super admin.
How do I stop fake referral accounts?
Rewards are paid only after the friend's first delivered order placed after the referral, and there is a monthly cap per customer, so each fake account costs a real paid meal.
