Using this website
You may use this website to learn about TifTif and to contact us. Please do not misuse it — for example by attempting to access it without authorisation, disrupting it, or sending spam through its forms. The guides and articles are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.
What you buy
When you buy TifTif, you receive a licence to use the TifTif platform — customer app, rider app, admin panel and super admin — for your own business, set up in your own accounts and branded as your business, together with the setup work and the period of support described in your quote.
The licence is for your own use only. You may not sell, resell, rent, sublicense or share the platform, or set it up for another business. Our licence and usage policy explains exactly what is and is not allowed, and forms part of these terms.
Ownership
- Your data is yours. Your customers, orders and business data live in your accounts and belong to you.
- Your brand is yours. Your name, logo and content remain your property.
- The software remains ours. TifTif keeps the intellectual property in the platform. Your licence lets you use it, not own, resell, sublicense or distribute it — only authorised partners with a signed partner agreement may offer TifTif to others.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed in your written quote, including any applicable taxes (such as GST in India) and the payment schedule. Third-party costs — hosting, database, maps, domain, app store fees and payment gateway fees — are paid by you directly to those providers under their own terms.
Your responsibilities
- Holding the licences and registrations your food business needs, and following food safety, allergen and consumer laws
- The accuracy of your menus, prices and business information
- Keeping your accounts and passwords secure
- Following the rules of the app stores, payment providers and other services your platform uses
- Your relationship with your own customers, including your refund policy to them
Support
Your purchase includes support for the period in your quote — normally 12 months from launch — as described in our support and service levels policy. Renewing support after that is optional.
Third-party services
Your platform relies on services run by other companies — for example hosting, database, maps, app stores and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes, although we will help you respond to them during your support period.
Liability
We build and test TifTif carefully, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of every error. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Amritsar, Punjab have jurisdiction, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
