Orders that close on time

Each meal has its own cutoff. Customers see a live countdown to it, orders lock when it passes, and only addresses inside your delivery zones can order at all. The admin panel shows every order by status, for any day.

In short

A tiffin order management system collects orders up to a cutoff, locks them so the kitchen can cook, and tracks each order through to delivery. TifTif sets a separate cutoff for breakfast, lunch and dinner, shows customers a live countdown, restricts ordering to your delivery zones, and lists every order by status in the admin panel.

What it does

The order day, under control

A cutoff per meal

Breakfast, lunch and dinner each lock at their own time, which you change in the super admin.

Live countdown

Customers see exactly how long they have left to order or change the next meal.

Service zones

Draw the areas you deliver to. Addresses outside them cannot place an order.

Two rounds per meal

Split each meal into two delivery windows, so everyone is not waiting for one rider.

Every order by status

Filter the day by placed, preparing, out for delivery, delivered or cancelled.

Cancel with refund

Cancel an order from the admin panel and the wallet is refunded in the same step.

Defaults you can change

Cutoffs and rounds, out of the box

These are the starting values. Every one of them is set in the super admin to match your kitchen.

Meal Order cutoff Round 1 Round 2
Breakfast 11:59 pm the night before 7:00–8:00 am 8:00–9:00 am
Lunch 10:00 am 12:00–1:00 pm 1:00–2:00 pm
Dinner 3:00 pm 7:00–8:00 pm 8:00–9:00 pm

Times follow the time zone set for your country during setup.

On this page

Can customers order after the cutoff?

Not for that meal — after the cutoff, orders go to the next available day. That is what keeps your kitchen count final.

How do delivery zones work?

You set the areas you serve in the super admin. Customers whose location is outside them are told you do not deliver there yet, instead of placing an order you cannot fulfil.

Can I change cutoff times later?

Yes, any time, from the super admin. Customers' countdowns follow the new times.

Do cutoffs work in my time zone?

Yes. During setup we wire the platform to your country's time zone, so cutoffs and delivery windows are in local time.
