Every stop, in the right order

Riders open the app and see their whole round on one map, stops numbered in the order to ride them. For each delivery they get the road route and ETA, update the status with one tap, and call the customer or report a problem without leaving the app.

In short

A delivery rider app gives each rider their stops, directions and a way to mark deliveries done. The TifTif rider app (Android, and iPhone where included) shows the rider's optimised round on one map with numbered stops, gives the road route and ETA to each delivery, and moves each order from picked up to on the way to delivered with one tap.

Simple on purpose

Built for riders, not for training

Riders are busy and often new. The app has one job per screen: see the round, go to the next stop, mark it done. A new rider can pick it up after a short walkthrough.

Delivery is confirmed by the rider marking the stop delivered — there is no code to collect from the customer at the door, which keeps each stop fast.

On this page

Does the rider app work on iPhone?

Yes. The iPhone rider app is included in the international plan and available as an add-on in India, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Do riders need their own phones?

Any Android phone with GPS and mobile data works — or an iPhone where the iPhone apps are included. Personal or supplied by you.

How does a rider confirm delivery?

By marking the stop delivered in the app. There is no code to collect from the customer, which keeps each stop quick.

Can I see where riders are?

Yes. The admin panel shows every rider on duty on a live map.
