What we collect on this website
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Demo requests: your name, phone number, email, business type, country and approximate daily orders.
- Contact and partner messages: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, business name, country, topic and message.
- Technical details sent with a form: your IP address (used to prevent spam and abuse) and the page you sent it from.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. See our cookie policy.
How we use it
- To reply to you, arrange a demo and send you a quote
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms
- To keep a record of our conversations with prospective and existing clients
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Form submissions are stored in this website's database, hosted by our web hosting provider, and a notification is emailed to our team. Only people at TifTif who need it to reply to you can see it.
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them to download the font files.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain our records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Data on the platforms we set up for clients
Each TifTif platform runs in accounts owned by our client — the tiffin or meal business — including the database that holds its customers' details and orders. That business decides how its customers' data is used and is responsible for it under the law.
We access a client's platform only to set it up and to support it, on the client's instructions. If you are a customer of a business that uses TifTif and have a question about your data, please contact that business first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the EU or UK GDPR where they apply — you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose

International transfers
We are based in India and work with businesses worldwide, so information you send us may be processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate. We use providers that protect information to a standard appropriate to where it is held.
Security
Our forms are protected against spam and abuse, and access to stored enquiries is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this page and the date at the top.
