Get paid before you cook
Customers top up a wallet in your app, and every meal debits from it automatically. Cancellations and pauses refund straight back to the wallet. You stop chasing payments, and stop cooking meals nobody has paid for.
A prepaid wallet lets tiffin customers pay once in advance and have each meal deducted automatically. In TifTif, customers top up with the payment method set up for your country, every order is paid from the wallet the moment it is placed, and refunds from cancellations, pauses or support tickets return to the wallet instantly.

Payments that keep themselves straight
One top-up, many meals
Customers add money once and every order after that is paid automatically — no payment link per meal.
No order without payment
An order is only placed when the wallet covers it. Unpaid meals never reach the kitchen.
Refunds in one step
Cancel before cutoff, pause a day, or resolve a complaint — the money is back in the wallet instantly.
Low-balance alerts
Customers are told when their wallet is running low, before a meal gets skipped.
Every movement recorded
Top-ups, meal debits, refunds, loyalty and referral credits — each is a line in the customer's history and your transactions list.
Admin controls
Verify incoming payments, see every transaction, and adjust a customer's balance when you need to — with a reason recorded.

Paid the way your customers already pay
Wallet top-ups are wired to the payment method your market uses. In India that is UPI: the app shows a payment QR generated on the device — no third-party QR service — and the admin panel verifies each payment.
For other countries, we set up top-ups with a payment provider that works where you operate during setup, in your own merchant account. The money goes to you, never through us.
- Money lands in your own merchant account
- No commission or per-order fee from TifTif
- Your provider's own fee is the only transaction cost
Wallet money is treated like money
Balances move only through checked server-side operations. The app cannot write a balance directly, and every rule is enforced in the database itself.
Server-side only
Debits, refunds and credits run as locked-down database functions — not code in the phone.
Tested against abuse
Negative quantities, self-granted discounts and forged payments were attempted in a security review and are blocked.
Backed up daily
The database runs on a plan with daily backups, in your own account.

Which payment methods are supported?
In India, UPI with an on-device QR code and admin verification. For other countries we set up a payment provider that works in your market during setup, using your own merchant account.
